Many, many thanks to the creators of this app. I am grateful that you put this together. This app is a gift you give yourself to focus on things you want to improve. You choose how much benefit you get from it; I find it is the catalyst I needed for redirecting my life in a very positive way. This app can be a powerful tool to add to your life. I did not think I would be affected by this, but his voice is soothing and what he says is logical and when I agree with what he says and repeat it as he says it, Im finding powerful changes are happening in my day to day life. I started with the free sessions and have moved on to paying for ones as I progress. I wish you could track your progression, as in the Be Free...but keep this layout.

I like this App just the way it is. They just recently changed the I can be free App and it is NOT anything like it was. If all of these apps change I will have to resort to another program.

I have bought several of these programs and now my family is using them as well. They invoke a deep sense of calm and the changes are already to be seen in a few short days! I highly recommend trying any of them.

This app is a very relaxing, which easily guides me to a peaceful and calm state of mind. After only a few sessions, I saw a reduction in my anxiety.

I was skeptical at first but tried this and things are changing. Im sure it will help you through any issue you have providing you want to be helped, as with anything.

I am drawn to it like a magnet. Each night I fall asleep to it and I am excited to discover and utilize more in this series.

This is an excellent app put together by an experienced and caring person. Although I liked in earlier versions when it was possible to get his name as I would like to find more from him! It is worth the price. This app if used consistently will change your life,
